All stainless steel jewelry will have a 2 year warranty. Pendant Only and does not cover natural wear and tear. Chains have a 30 day warranty. Pictures must be sent when you contact us. Including ORDER NUMBER and FIRST AND LAST NAME. A
*Website Purchases ONLY- 2 year warranty for website purchases. Proof of purchase is necessary. In most cases, Full name, Order Number, PayPal Transaction ID, or Email address if paid through PayPal is enough to find your transaction. Replacements will not include a chain. NO refunds after 30 days, only replacements within 2 years of purchase excluding normal wear and tear. Chains will have a 30 day warranty, replacements only, include pic when contacting us.
*Ebay or Amazon purchases - 30 Day warranty on All purchases made through Ebay or Amazon. ONLY website purchases will have a 2 year warranty on pendants.
*Reseller/Vendor Purchases - Only purchases on our website will have a warranty with the exception of Amazon and Ebay policy that carry their own policy. Resellers will likely have their own policies in place when you purchase through them. It is recommended that you check with them first in case you have a defected item.

*U.S. Shipments - Effective Dec. 30th 2020, Shipping rate will include $1.75 handling fee PLUS real-time USPS.com shipping rate. All shipping rates are based on the United States Postal Service rates. Any change will be automatic if USPS makes changes to their shipping rates
*International Shipments - Effective Dec. 30th 2020, Shipping rate will include $1.75 handling fee PLUS real-time USPS.com shipping rate. There might be an option to ship via UPS. Contact for details. Be advised that such services are typically more expensive and buyer will have to cover the costs associated with the shipping charges.
U.S. Shipments - We are the mercy of the United States Postal Services when packages are handed off to them. We will do our best to research what may have happened. In some cases, we can ship a new package if it is determined to be lost. If you wish to purchase PRIORITY MAIL, that service offers insurance up to $100 minimum and up. Contact us for more details if you wish to assure a safe delivery within the USA.
Intenational Shipments - We will investigate tracking numbers to determine if shipments are lost. In most cases, shipments are held in CUSTOMS and you may take up to 4-6 weeks to arrive. If you wish to purchase a more secure way to assure a timely delivery, please contact us before making a purchase to assist you. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that never arrive. We can offer insurance on package for a guaranteed refund should anything occur with your delivery.
Returned shipments, buyers will be notified that packages came back. Shipping charges will apply to resend packages. If buyers do not pay the shipping charge, a refund will be sent, minus 15% restocking fee.
